Working with a previously submitted case

There may come a time when you try to submit a case into CaseVue and a pop-up will appear with the following message.

 

"Applicant's information has been previously submitted by someone in your company.

Please contact your Supervisor or call 1-866-368-3753"

This is due to a security feature that has been enabled to protect you, your fellow employee(s), and the applicant. This applicant has already attempted to enter a facility in your company, and care should be taken to understand why this may have happened and why they were not admitted. Our data analysis of past cases has shown us that a small number of applicants with multiple scores have a negative impact on Medicaid eligibility. 

We are currently looking at implementing a new feature that will allow a glimpse into the case while protecting privacy rights.

What to do about it:

  1. THE FASTEST WAY...Contact your CaseVue Supervisor and ask them to search for the case inside of their CaseVue Account and other available company-wide systems. This CaseVue Supervisor is typically a direct supervisor or a possibly a regional supervisor or director.
  2. The next fastest way is to use our Helpdesk and Submit a Ticket.
  3. The last option is to call our main number, 1-866-422-7388, and give a brief description of your problem, your name, your Company ID (from the login screen), your phone number, and your email address. We will follow up as soon as possible.
