How Do I View a Detailed Case History?
View a detailed case history:
To pull the scoring report for a case you have previously run, follow these steps:
- Click the "Scoring" tab on the navigation bar.
- Find the case you wish to edit by searching for it in the PENDING REQUEST, APPROVED REQUEST, or REJECTED REQUEST tables.
- Click the UCI link of the case you wish to view.
- On the update screen, Don't edit anything and scroll down to bottom of the page and click "update"
This will pull the report you are looking for and you can print this page if needed.
